Celebrating the Year of the Dragon with MASSA

On the 27th of January (the 5th day of the New Year according to the lunar calender), MASSA organized its first ever Chinese New Year dinner event. Instead of eating dimsum at a random Chinese restaurant as was done in the previous years, MASSA decided to have its own mini version of a Chinese restaurant at room 302 of the Students' Society of McGill University Building.

The Menu:

Yee Sang

Julienned carrots, cucumber, white raddish, jicama and yam, pomelo, deep fried wanton skin, sliced coriander leaves and smoked salmon with a dash of Chinese five spice powder and YeeSang dressing.
